1. Acceptance of Terms

Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gobet123. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all associated winnings may be forfeited:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gobet123 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to properly secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits gobet123's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, nor for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

11. Disputes and Complaints

12. Amendments to These Terms
